My trading account showing status "Account disabled"

The possible causes of "Account disabled" message in the MT4 are the following:

1. Please ensure you are using the correct login and password.

2. Your are not connected to the correct trading server. All live trading accounts need to be logging into the Server: live.iamfx.com
(if you do not have this server option in the dropdown menu of the Server field on the Metatrader login window, please type live.iamfx.com manually and press Login)

3. Your live trading account is not yet funded, please login to your back office at https://customers.iamfx.com/customers/login for funding instructions
